While here, you might want to visit the following places: Salt Lake City North Airport, Utah State Capitol and the University of Utah. From the Salt Lake City airport, follow I-215, which is connected to 15 North for a few miles, followed by the US Capitol.
Turn left onto Rte 158, the road that runs around the dam at the western end of Lake Pineview. Follow Route 39 to see the Utah State Capitol, the University of Utah and the US Capitol in Salt Lake City. Turn left on Rtes. Farewell to the Rt. 158 and follow it for a few miles until you see one of the area's most popular tourist attractions: Lake Tahoe National Park. Follow Route 39 to the US Capitol on the east side of Salt Lake, as well as the State Capitol.
If you are hiking in autumn, be sure to wear bright orange, a popular hunting destination. The trails in the area are unique as they are all ATVs and the trails are filled with wildlife such as deer, elk, coyotes, bears, wolves, mountain lions and other wildlife. Be careful, however, as some of these trails are also unique as quad trails - friendly and open to all kinds of wildlife.

Take I-15 to the exit and travel south on Interstate 15 for approximately one mile until you pass the intersection and up the ridge to an intersection about one mile away.
You will notice a predominantly flat town surrounded by gorges and a patchwork of wetlands in various shades of green connected to the Great Salt Lake. North Ogden is surrounded by the Wasatch Front mountains and the entire city of Salt Lake appears on the horizon. The entire city is crammed into 6.5 square miles of land and you will see it from a distance when you travel.
